This is what I'd call a step down from CBD when referring to effects. Mind you I inhale joints which is a lot of material at once. With no tolerance at all I returned to this bud to kick off a new start after four years away from the plant. This was the best choice as the buzz is almost non-existent when it comes to smoking a hit. However, a joint will give you the faintest body high.
