Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded in full less a 10% fee for transaction processing and handling.

Returns

• All sales are final. 
• Flow Gardens does not offer refunds for any reason.
• If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may request consideration for a full or partial refund by emailing orders@flowgardens.com.  Approval of any refund (full or partial) is at the sole discretion of Flow Gardens
